Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective date: March 9, 2024
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the terms and conditions of sale of the works of art available on the website of the Galerie d'Exposition galerie-art-montpellier.com, located in Montpellier.
2. Products and Prices
The Exhibition Gallery offers original works of art by local and international artists for sale. The prices displayed on the website are in euros and include all taxes. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the works and are calculated separately during the ordering process.
3. Orders
The ordering process is carried out online on the Galerie d'Exposition website. The buyer selects the desired work, adds it to their basket, and proceeds to online payment. Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer, summarizing the details of the order.
4. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means of payment accepted by the Exhibition Gallery. Payments are due immediately at the time of ordering.
5. Delivery
The works ordered are shipped to the address provided by the buyer during the ordering process. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated based on the weight and destination of the work. The Exhibition Gallery undertakes to ship the works as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Intellectual Property
The works of art sold by the Exhibition Gallery remain the intellectual property of the artist. Any reproduction, representation, or use of the works for commercial or non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the artist's prior authorization.
8. Disputes and Complaints
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the buyer may contact the Exhibition Gallery by email at galerie-art@sfr.fr or by post at galerie d'art montpellier 196 rue des Mégissiers 34070 Montpellier. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the buyer's place of residence.
9. Modification of the GTC
The Exhibition Gallery reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The modifications will be published on the website and will come into effect as soon as they are published.
By confirming their order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
